These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DeskCommand website and services (the "Services"), provided by Sticker Forge LLC ("DeskCommand," "we," "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

DeskCommand provides software that answers phone calls, books appointments, and helps businesses manage their front-office operations. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to misuse them, interfere with their operation, or use them to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited communications. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to contact your customers.

4. Messaging

Text messages sent through the Services are governed by our SMS Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of messaging complies with applicable laws.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up or in your order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Services and our software. You retain rights in the data you provide, and you grant us the limited license needed to operate the Services for you.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeskCommand will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or as needed to protect the Services.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. (Confirm governing-law state matches Sticker Forge LLC's state of formation.)

11. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here with a new date.
