This Privacy Policy explains how DeskCommand, a product of Sticker Forge LLC ("DeskCommand," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services (the "Services").
1. Information we collect
- Business account information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number.
- Customer information that businesses using DeskCommand collect through our Services, such as a customer's name, phone number, and appointment details.
- Usage information, such as call records, transcripts, bookings, and basic device/log data used to operate and improve the Services.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and operate the Services — answering calls, booking appointments, sending appointment confirmations and reminders, running the account dashboard, providing support, and improving the product. We do not sell personal information.
3. SMS / Text messaging
If you provide a mobile phone number to us or to a business using DeskCommand in order to receive text messages (such as appointment confirmations, reminders, or booking links), we use that number solely to send those messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except vendors acting on our behalf solely to deliver those messages.

4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Services: with the business you interacted with, with service providers (such as telephony, messaging, and cloud hosting vendors) bound to protect it, or when required by law. We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Businesses may request export or deletion of their data.
6. Your choices
You can opt out of text messages any time by replying STOP. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at the address below.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children
The Services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the revised version here with a new date.
