Program description

DeskCommand, a product of Sticker Forge LLC, sends transactional text messages on behalf of the businesses that use our Services. These messages include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and links to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

How you opt in

You consent to receive these messages when you provide your mobile number to book an appointment — either verbally while booking over the phone, or by entering it in a business's online booking form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity (for example, a confirmation when you book and a reminder before your appointment).

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out and getting help

• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@deskcommand.co.

Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send messages about your own appointments. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
